一、本人保證未具僑生身份且不具中華民國國籍，且我明瞭外國學生申請來臺就學，以一次為限。

二、本人所提供之最高學歷畢業證書(報名大學部者為高中畢業證書，研究所者為大學或碩士畢業證書)在畢業學校所在國家均為合法有效取得畢業資格，並所持之證件相當於中華民國國內之各級合法學校授予學位。

三、本人在台未曾完成申請就學學程或遭退學【八十六學年度(含)前已於國內各級學校肄、畢業之外國學生，如申請入學本校就讀較高學程，不受此項規定限制】。

四、本人未以「僑生回國就學及輔導辦法」申請入學中華民國國內之其他大學院校。

五、上述所陳之任一事項同意授權　貴校查證，如有不實或不符教育部規定等情事屬實者，本人願依　貴校相關規定辦理或取消錄取資格，絕無異議。

註：新生或轉學生所繳證明文件，如有假冒、冒用、偽造或變造等情事，一經查明，即開除學籍，不發給任何學歷證明，並由學校通知其家長或監護人。畢業後始發覺者，除勒令撤銷其畢業證書外，並公告取銷其畢業資格。所有申請入學繳交資料均不予退還，請自行保留原始文件。

1.  I attest that I do not hold overseas Chinese status or ROC citizenship and I understand that international students applying for schools in Taiwan shall be limited to one application only.

2.  The diploma I provided (secondary degree diploma for applying for undergraduate program, bachelor or master’s degree diploma for graduate program) is valid in the home country of the conferring school, and equivalent to the degree conferred by a lawful academic school in the ROC.

3.  I have never completed or been expelled from any academic programs in the ROC. (This rule is not applied to international students who have studied at or graduated from schools of any level in Taiwan before 1997 and now apply for a higher degree at TransWorld University).

4.  I have not filed applications with any other university in the ROC with “Application Regulations for Overseas Students to Study in Taiwan .”

5.  I agree to authorize the TransWorld University to verify any information provided above. I am willing to follow the rules and regulations of the Ministry of Education and TransWorld University without any objections should the information provided be found untruthful.

Note: If the above documentation provided by freshmen or transferred students is found untruthful, the registration of the student will be repealed at once with no academic record issued in the future. Parents or guardians of the student will be informed. If the untruthfulness is found after the graduation, the certificate or diploma issued will be repealed and the degree conferred will be announced nullified. There will be no return of any documents, so make copies for yourself if needed.
